The initial work covers design, copy and mobile-friendly pages for the scope we agree with you. Contact forms and foundational SEO are part of the website service. You review the website before it goes live.

After launch, hosting, technical maintenance, small content updates and website support continue. A change to opening hours or contact details fits this ongoing care. A new page or new functionality needs a separate discussion about work and any additional cost.

Website design and ongoing support from one team

Your website needs attention after launch: hosting, technical maintenance and changes as your business evolves. Ozi includes that ongoing work alongside the initial build, in one monthly service.

You review the website before launch, and the same team handles small updates afterwards. Agree the pages, languages and any additional functionality before work begins.

The information we need from you

You provide accurate business information, the services you want to present, contact details and the materials you have permission to use. We use that information to build the agreed website, then ask you to review the wording and presentation.

If you already have a domain, we review it and the existing website before agreeing the transition. Keep email and domain access in the discussion: they can be managed by a different provider from your website.

Local Growth: enquiries, follow-up and reviews

The website service covers the website itself. Local Growth adds a chatbot for visitor questions and enquiries, follow-up messages for interested customers, and requests for honest Google reviews after a visit or completed service.

Choose it when you also need a process for responding to interest and asking for feedback. It is an optional service, not a requirement for buying a website, and it does not guarantee reviews, enquiries or rankings.
